Rates of state duty and service fees for notarial acts
State duty is a fee (payment) paid for services and legal actions provided by state bodies (preparation of documents, registration, issuance of consent, etc.) during the exercise of governmental authorities and causing legal consequences.
According to the article № 10 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Duty” and article № 29 of the “Notary Law”, a fee shall be paid for notarial acts and services provided by notary offices and state bodies, and in this connection the state fee and service fee for notarial acts is performed according to the table below.
