The Qualification Commission of the Ministry of Justice announces that the interview for the candidates who successfully passed the exam held on 13.04.2021 for lawyers wishing to engage in notarial activities in some regions will start on April 23.

The interview will be held individually in the administrative building of Registration and Notary General Department (72 Azadlig ave., Baku city) in accordance with the requirements of special quarantine and each candidate will be informed in advance.

It should be reminded that in accordance with the rules of exam, based on the results of the interview, the candidates who have obtained the necessary points will be involved in compulsory training at the Academy of Justice and following the results of the training, the issue of giving a certificate for professional notarial activity to those who successfully pass the assessment will be considered.
