The notary accompanies people from birth to death, as well as companies at all stages of development.

The first topic of the Congress is “Validity of notarial principles in the 21st century”, for example: the role of the notary in the latest evolution of society. The second is the study of the topic of "notary and individual", or more fully, the position of the notary, which is considered an organizational support for individuals as a reliable third party.
